Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can track your order in real-time on our website or via the carrier’s tracking platform.

We currently ship worldwide. However, please be aware that some countries may have restrictions or additional customs charges.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Amalia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
- If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging to process your claim.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, it can only be modified or canceled within the first 24 hours. After that time, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
